REFUND

Within 14 days of the original purchase, you may return the item to receive a refund of the purchase price (excluding return shipping and handling charges) if accompanied by the original invoice with a RMA (return merchandise authorization) number.

Within 14-30 days of the original purchase, you may return the item to receive a credit slip for the purchase price (excluding return shipping and handling charges) if accompanied by the original invoice.

After 30 days from the original purchase, merchandise cannot be returned. If returned after 30 days, merchandise will be sent back to you and a $15 shipping and handling fee will be assessed.

If you return an item purchased as part of a multiple discount (such as multiple t-shirts), the credit will be equal to the pre-discounted price minus a portion of the discount you received as a result of receiving a multiple discount, not the pre-discount price of the single item.
Items that are worn/washed/altered will be sent back to you and a $15.00 shipping and handling fee will be assessed.

Please allow 3-4 weeks from the time you ship your return for us to credit your charge card.
Refunds to credit cards are applied immediately upon processing, however they may not appear on your credit card statement for 1-2 billing cycles.  (Note: if your return disqualifies you from "multiple item" pricing, your invoice will be adjusted accordingly to the single unit price. Shipping & handling charges or return postage will not be credited.  You are responsible for all shipping charges associated with returning merchandise.


RETURN PROCEDURE

Before returning the product for a refund log-on to 'MyAccount' and;

  1. Access the ' Order history and details' section of your account.
  2. Select the order from which you want to return an item.
  3. Select the product(s) that you wish to return by checking the box next to the item name(s).
  4. Add an explanation of why you want to return the product. (Important!)
  5. Once the form is complete, click on "Make an RMA slip". (The request will be sent and appear in your ' My merchandise returns' page, accessible from your account page.)
  6. We will recieve this request and either;
  • Issue an 'RMA' number (The number will appear in your ' My merchandise returns' page) and then legibly write the RMA number on the return package or print out RMA page and insert it in package along with the original invoice.
  • Once the return has been recieved and the conditions* met a credit will be issued back to the original purchase method. (credit card, paypal, etc.)

EXCHANGE PROCEDURE

  1. Access the 'Orders History' section of your account.
  2. Select the order from which you want to return an item.
  3. Select the product(s) that you wish to return by checking the box next to the item name(s).
  4. Add an explanation of why you want to return the product. (Important!)
  5. Once the form is complete, click on "Make an RMA slip". (The request will be sent and appear in your 'My merchandise returns' page, accessible from your account page.)
  6. We will recieve this request and either;
  • Issue an 'RMA' number (The number will appear in your ' My merchandise returns' page) and then legibly write the RMA number on the return package or print out the RMA page and insert it in the package along with the original package invoice.
  • Once the return has been recieved and the conditions* met a credit slip will be issued accessible from your account page ('My Credit Slips'). You will see a voucher number in upper left column.  Use this at check out on your next purchase.  
  • Or the return process will be stopped and an explanation issued.


*CONDITIONS:

  1. The return must be within time of validity.(30 days from original purchase)
  2. RMA number and the original invoice must be included with return.
  3. All items being returned must be in the original condition: unworn, unwashed and unaltered.
